    What I do

    A free meeting where I understand your situation, clarify scope, and we agree on next steps. Usually 45–60 minutes online or in person.

    What I need from you

    A few lines about the situation beforehand (email or short form). Not required.

    Output

    Clarity on whether and how I can help. Preliminary scope and cost estimate.

  2. 02

    Analysis and recommendation

    What I do

    I examine the situation, review relevant documents, and prepare a clear output for management. I work alone — no juniors on the invoice.

    What I need from you

    Access to people and documents per the agreed scope. Usually 2–4 key interviews.

    Output

    A written output — report, recommendation or decision document. Format depends on the engagement.

  3. 03

    Handover and support

    What I do

    You receive the result in a usable format. I remain available for questions and follow-up steps.

    What I need from you

    Internal capacity to implement recommendations or select a vendor for implementation.

    Output

    Full handover — document, presentation, and optionally a follow-up workshop.
