Business–IT bridge
When management and IT are not speaking the same language. I align communication, roles, priorities and governance — so IT stops being a black box.
Get in touchWhen it fits
IT and business don't communicate
Requests get lost, priorities change daily, IT complains business doesn't know what it wants.
The IT backlog is opaque
Nobody knows what's being worked on, what's the priority, or why things take so long.
Missing or overloaded IT manager
IT is led by a technical person without management training, or you're without IT leadership altogether.
IT is invisible in the numbers
You invest in IT but can't tell whether it's working. No KPIs, no reporting.
How it works
- 01
Situation diagnosis
1–2 weeks. Interviews with management, IT team and key users. Where exactly does it break down and why.
- 02
Communication model design
1–2 weeks. How requests are approved, prioritised, escalated. Roles and responsibilities.
- 03
Process implementation
2–4 weeks. Agreed processes put in place — templates, meetings, reporting.
- 04
Stabilisation and handover
1–2 weeks. I accompany the team through the first rounds of the new process and hand it over internally.
What you get
- Diagnostic report — where the problem is and why
- IT request management and prioritisation model
- Roles and responsibilities description (IT/business)

Frequently asked questions about this service
I recommend, I don't decide. Organisational decisions are always yours. My role is to show what works in similar companies and help set up mechanisms that fit your culture.
That happens, especially when change comes from above. I work with both sides — business and IT. If the IT team has legitimate concerns, they're usually useful input. If the resistance is more about comfort, I help open the dialogue.
Short-term yes, if the situation requires it. Long-term interim IT management is not my primary offering — the goal is to set up processes that work without me.
